Still on my list of favourite 'nice things'... I can never get enough of dark chocolate. I used to hate it's bitter taste as a kid, but now I truly appreciate its rich taste. I also did some research (quite minimal), and found that dark chocolate has some good stuff; antioxidants and that depending on the percentage of cocoa contained in the chocolate, it is a much healthier alternative to milk chocolate. Many nutritionists suggest that one consumes dark chocolate containing at least 70% cocoa. It really does ease the 'guilt' from the 'guilty pleasure' I receive when nibbling on a slab. I am not proud of the fact that I can eat a whole slab of dark chocolate in one go either. A block a day is said to keep the extra flab away. That is still a struggle for me. One block does not seem to satisfy
... Either way, I'll get there. One day.
