- Start with a quick warm up
- Make sure your feet do not part further than your shoulder width
- As you go down, ensure that you back is not slouched
- Your knees should not bend beyond your toes
- Lower your body until you reach a 90 degree angle
- As you go down, breathe in. Breathe out as you rise back up
If you are not taking part in 'The 30 Day Squat Challenge' (see below) , I would recommend that you do 60-150 squats a day. Just for control.
